SUPPLIERS
At The Body Shop, we believe in nurturing beauty and relationships for a better way of living and doing business. The Body Shop works collaboratively with suppliers who share the same values and commitments.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
We strive to create a positive social and environmental impact by operating ethically, with transparency and integrity across our entire network as set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
RESPECTING AND DEFENDING HUMAN RIGHTS
Respecting human rights is a big part of what The Body Shop is about - having pioneered the philosophy that business can be a force for good. Tackling the challenges facing today’s world requires not only systemic change but a ‘just transition’ to ensure that nobody is left behind. The Body Shop’s Human Rights Statement sets out how we respect and defend Human Rights.
CRITICAL MATERIALS
We recognise that some materials we use have significant social or environmental concerns. Based on risk assessments, The Body Shop prioritised six supply chains (palm, soy, ethanol, mica, cotton and paper) for full traceability and/or certification by 2025.
ANIMAL CARE AND USE
The Body Shop’s reputation for and commitment to cruelty-free cosmetics is well-established. The Body Shop is a committed vegan product company and is the first global beauty brand to achieve 100% vegan product formulations across all lines. We recognise that we can and do impact animals in other ways beyond products. We ensure that we protect animals across our global operations including procurement.
